Refund Policy

Because coaching services require reserved time and preparation, the following refund policy applies to all sessions and programs. COACHING SESSIONS Individual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling. NUTRITION COACHING (MONTHLY) Monthly nutrition coaching is billed in advance. Because access to coaching support and scheduled appointments is provided immediately upon enrollment, monthly payments are non-refundable. Clients may cancel future billing at any time before the next billing cycle. MISSED APPOINTMENTS If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice, the session may be considered used and will not be refunded. WELLNESS RETREATS OR SPECIAL EVENTS Deposits for retreats or events may be non-refundable due to lodging reservations and planning costs. Any specific refund terms for retreats or events will be clearly stated at the time of booking. EXCEPTIONS In certain circumstances, refunds or credits may be considered at the sole discretion of Staci Jester Coaching.
